Geoff Kish has extensive experience helping Federal, State, and nonprofit clients achieve their missions.

Change Management
When a federal agency needed to launch a new intranet to 22,000 employees, Geoff led the implementation team in workshop to develop a change management plan. The plan provided strategies for training, communication, and organizational design to ensure that staff were prepared and that the launch would be a success.

Project Management
Capital improvement projects on public land can be a daunting task, navigating layers of regulation and managing the concerns of stakeholders. Geoff led the design and construction of a $600,000 destination playground, complete with new fencing, lighting, and irrigation. A park was revitalized and kids finally had a safe place to play in a downtown urban setting.

Capacity Building
Geoff helped a National Park friends group expand its ability to achieve its mission. The group sought to increase capacity, develop a board, and broaden its donors base. Geoff designed of a fundraising and donor engagement strategy, recruited new board members, and developed new messaging to drive stewardship and donations.

Stakeholder Management
Geoff led a two-year project to design and implement a marketing strategy for Los Angeles area parks. Working with a multi-agency team of federal, state, and nonprofit partners, Geoff set a course for the park groups to reach new audiences and work collaboratively to broaden their outreach in urban areas.

Marketing and Branding
What happens when a nonprofit does great work, but few people know about the organization behind it? Geoff led a rebranding effort that modernized a logo, then designed marketing collateral and a visual identity that increased public awareness and overall donations.

Organizational Design
Two small nonprofits with similar missions sought to merge to magnify their impact. Geoff evaluated each organization's operations and developed recommendations for integrating IT, admin, and finance. Costs were significantly reduced the following year.
